Spicy Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Orange & Honey
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp. cayenne
- 4 medium sweet potatoes (2 lb. total), preferably the same size and shape, peeled, halved crosswise, and quartered lengthwise
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 3 Tbs. unsalted butter; more for the pan
- 3 Tbs. honey
