Place 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce, 1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice, and 4 drops toasted sesame oil in a small nonreactive bowl and stir to combine. Add 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds if desired.
