Spicy Spinach Linguine with Olive Oil and Garlic

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces spinach linguine
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1 ½ cups grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  • ½ teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Cook linguine in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite. Drain, reserving 1 cup pasta cooking liquid. Return pasta to same pot.
