Spicy Tomato Juice 3


  • ½ quart(s) water
  • 7 quart(s) cut up tomatoes
  • 6 Hot peppers (can add more or less to taste)
  • 2 onions (medium)
  • ½ cup(s) canning salt

Cook until all ingredients are tender. Run through strainer. Put juice in hot jars. Water bath in boiling water for 15 minutes. This is good to drink or its great added to chili, goulash or anything you would put tomato juice in.
