SPINACH & EGG SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon(s) wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 or 2 ounce parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 pound(s) spinach
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 3 slice(s) french bread
    • 1 clove(s) garlic
    • 1 bar butter (½ cup)

Boil the eggs until firm. Rub the sliced bread with the minced garlic and stir fry in a pan with the butter. Cut the tomato in cubes. Add them in a salad bowl with the spinach.
