SPINACH & EGG SALAD
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon(s) wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 or 2 ounce parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 pound(s) spinach
- 6 eggs
- 1 tomato
- + 3 more ingredients

- 3 slice(s) french bread
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 bar butter (½ cup)
Boil the eggs until firm. Rub the sliced bread with the minced garlic and stir fry in a pan with the butter. Cut the tomato in cubes. Add them in a salad bowl with the spinach.
