Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1 16-ounce container cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 10-ounce packages frozen spinach
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 7 1/3 tablespoons dill
    • 6 ounces feta
    • 6 matzos (about 6 inches square)

Preheat oven to 400°F with rack in middle. Cook onion in oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden, 12 to 15 minutes.
