Ingredients

  • 5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced and divided

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (about 9 ounces)
  • 2 pounds coarsely chopped fresh spinach
  • 2 cups thinly vertically sliced onion (about 1 medium)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided

    • 1 package dry yeast (about 2 1/4 teaspoons)
    • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
    • ¾ cup (3 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • ¾ cup warm water (100° to 110°)
    • 1 teaspoon olive oil
    • Cooking spray

To prepare dough, dissolve yeast in 3/4 cup warm water in a small bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in 1 teaspoon oil. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
