  • 1 box(es) lasagna, DO NOT cook noodles
  • 16 ounce(s) small curd cottage cheese
  • 16 ounce(s) Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 package(s) chopped spinach, defrosted and drained completely (10 ounce packages)
  • 2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon(s) salt (kosher salt is best)
  • 1 jar(s) spaghetti sauce (32 ounce jar)
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper
    • 2 Eggs

This dish must be refrigerated overnight before baking. Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl except uncooked noodles and 2/3 of Mozzarella cheese.
