Spinach, Leek, and Cheese Pie

Ingredients

• ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
• 1 large Spanish onion
• 3 large eggs
• ¼ cup fresh dill
• 1 cup sautéed spinach
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
