Spinach-Parmesan Dip

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 (10-ounce) package fresh spinach
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup (1 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1/3 cup (about 3 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
    • ½ cup basil leaves, loosely packed

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add salt and spinach; sauté 3 minutes or until the spinach wilts.
