Spinach Quiche - Gluten Free and Wheat Free


  • 10 ounce(s) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and all excess water removed
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup(s) fine corn meal
  • ½ teaspoon(s) water, add to beaten egg
  • ½ cup(s) onion, minced or chopped fine
  • 4 tablespoon(s) chilled butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 ½ cup(s) ham, chopped fine
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 2 cup(s) sharp cheddar, shredded
    • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
    • 1 cup(s) milk
    • 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard (or spicy brown mustard)
