Spinach Salad with Ham and Egg
Ingredients
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, quartered
- 6 radishes, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces ham, sliced ¼ inch thick, and cut into small sticks
- 2 bunches spinach (about 1 pound), trimmed and cut into bite-size pieces
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons grainy mustard
- 2 tablespoons white-wine vinegar
- + 2 more ingredients

- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
