Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup crushed chocolate graham crackers or wafer cookies
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
  • For the filling:
  • 12 ounces whole-milk ricotta cheese, room temperature
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • ½ cup orangecello
    • 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
    • 4 large eggs, at room tempereature
    • For the glaze:
    • 4 ½ ounces good quality dark chocolate, chopped
    • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
    • 1 tablespoons light corn syrup
    • 1 teaspoon orangecello

1 Heat oven to 350°. Line 8”x8” pan with foil and coat with cooking spray or butter.
