Squash Griddle Cakes

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon(s) melted butter or mild-flavored oil, plus more for the pan
• 1 egg
• 1 cup(s) cooked squash
• ¼ teaspoon(s) ginger
• ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
• ½ cup(s) milk
• ¼ cup(s) flour
