  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ teaspoons hot pepper sauce, or to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1 pumpkin, optional
  • 16 wooden skewers
  • 2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 small heads iceberg lettuce
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 16 cherry tomatoes
    • 2 cucumbers, cut into 16 slices
    • 1 ½ cups crumbled blue cheese (about 7 oz.)
    • 2 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, pepper and hot pepper sauce until blended. Stir in blue cheese. Cover dip and refrigerate until ready to serve.
