Star Anise Syrup


  • 3 whole(s) star anise pods
  • 6 ounce(s) Simple Syrup

In a small saucepan, bring Simple Syrup to a boil. Remove from the heat and add star anise. Let cool, then refrigerate overnight. Strain the syrup into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
