  • 1 12-ounce flank steak
  • Nonstick olive oil spray
  • 1 ½ cups sauerkraut from jar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 slices deli rye bread with seeds
  • 6 ounces thinly sliced Gruyère cheese
  • 12 large fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup fat-free Thousand Island dressing
    • 3 teaspoons coarsely ground pickling spice

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoons pickling spice on each side of steak, then sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
