Steak Hash with Poached Eggs

Ingredients

• ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
• 1 ¼ pounds Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, coarsely chopped
• ¼ cup chopped roasted red bell pepper

• 6 ounces grilled Chili-Espresso Rubbed Steak, chopped
