Steak in brandy sauce
Ingredients
- green salad, to serve
- new potatoes, to serve
- 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 100 g clotted cream, we recommend Rodda's Cornish clotted cream
- 3 tbsp brandy
- 1 large shallot, finely chopped
- 2 sirloin steaks
