Steak in brandy sauce

Ingredients

  • green salad, to serve
  • new potatoes, to serve
  • 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 100 g clotted cream, we recommend Rodda's Cornish clotted cream
  • 3 tbsp brandy
  • 1 large shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 sirloin steaks
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • knob of butter
