Steak Indian-style, spinach & paneer salad, naan breads, mango dessert

- 150 g paneer cheese
- 1 large carrot
- 1 punnet cress
- 1 packet alfalfa sprouts
- 1 small bunch fresh coriander
- 200 g prewashed baby spinach
- 2 naan breads
- ½ lemon
