Steak with Tomato and Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ cup(s) red wine
  • ¼ cup(s) chopped celery
  • ½ cup(s) sweet onion, chopped
  • 10 ounce(s) seasoned diced tomatoes, drained

    • 8 ounce(s) can tomato sauce
    • ½ pound(s) round steak (rop round) cut into serving size pieces
    • 2 tablespoon(s) water
    • 1 teaspoon(s) kitchen bouquet
