Steak with Tomato and Wine Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour
• black pepper to taste
• salt to taste
• ¼ cup(s) red wine
• ¼ cup(s) chopped celery
• ½ cup(s) sweet onion, chopped
• 10 ounce(s) seasoned diced tomatoes, drained
• + 4 more ingredients
• • 8 ounce(s) can tomato sauce
  • ½ pound(s) round steak (rop round) cut into serving size pieces
  • 2 tablespoon(s) water
  • 1 teaspoon(s) kitchen bouquet

In a large heavy skillet, brown onions, celery and steak pieces. Place in dutch oven (or crock pot). Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, red wine and Kitchen Bouquet. Cook over medium heat for 3 hours - covered. Thicken, if desired, at the end with 2 tablespoons flour blended with  2 tablespoon...
