Steamed Clams and Tomatoes with Angel Hair Pasta

  • 2 dozen littleneck clams, scrubbed
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 (8-ounce) bottle clam juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 teaspoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tablespoon bottled minced garlic
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
    • 1/3 cup dry white wine
    • 1 (9-ounce) package fresh angel hair pasta

1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain and keep warm. 2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
