Steamed Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon(s) Black pepper
  • 1 cup(s) Water
  • 8 Water Crackers
  • 1 large Large snapper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Margarine
  • 1 medium Tomato, chopped
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 small Sweet pepper, chopped
    • 1 medium Onion, chopped
    • 1 sprig(s) Thyme
    • 1 piece(s) Scotch Bonnet Pepper, chopped
    • 1 stalk(s) Escallion, chopped

1. Slit fish on both sides and season fish with salt and black pepper. Allow to marinate. 2. In a deep skillet, melt margarine. 3. Add fish, sweet pepper, onion, escallion, thyme, and scotch bonnet pepper and tomato.
