Steamed Halibut with Kale and Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 10 halibut fillets, about 6 ounces each (or 4 pounds, cut into 10 equal portions)
  • Roasted Acorn Squash
  • 2 lemons
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup walnuts, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ pounds kale (about 8 cups), tough stems trimmed, and washed well
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
    • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
    • ¼ cup olive oil

Heat oven to 400° F. Coat both sides of all the fish with 2 tablespoons of the oil and place in a single layer in a roasting pan. Season with 1 teaspoon of the salt and a few grinds of pepper.
