  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup raisins
  • Sauce:

    • ¾ cup sugar
    • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour (11 1/4 ounces)
    • ½ teaspoon grated lemon rind
    • 1 large egg yolk
    • Cooking spray
    • 1/3 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
    • 1 ¼ cups 2% reduced-fat milk
    • 1/3 cup applesauce
    • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon molasses
    • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
    • Pudding:
