  • 2 lemons
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 medium summer squash, sliced
  • 4 (5 ounces each) boneless, skinless cod fillets
  • 4 tablespoon(s) margarine or butter
  • 1 bunch(es) fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cup(s) frozen brown rice, warmed
