Ingredients

  • 3 large slices sourdough
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 celery rib
  • 2 pounds tomatoes
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons dark brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
