Sticky Toffee Trifle with Cranberries
Ingredients
- 1 quart whipping cream
- ¼ cup slivered pitted Medjool dates (see notes)
- Poached cranberries (recipe follows)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- Toffee sauce (recipe follows)
- Date cake (recipe follows)
- ¼ cup dark rum
1. In a bowl, with a mixer on high speed, whip 2 cups cream with 2 tablespoons each granulated sugar and rum until soft peaks form. 2.
