Stir-Fried Napa Cabbage with Garlic, Fresh Chile & Basil

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs. canola oil
  • 2 to 3 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbs. fish sauce
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • 1-½ tsp. granulated sugar
  • ½ medium serrano chile, coarsely chopped (don’t seed)
  • 1 medium-small head napa cabbage (about 1-¾ lb.)
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 3 medium cloves garlic, coarsely chopped (about 1 Tbs.)
    • 2 medium scallions, thinly sliced on an extreme diagonal, for garnish
    • ¼ cup roughly torn fresh basil leaves
