  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 6 iced-teaspoons
  • 3 12-ounce bottles or 2 pints (about) chilled stout
  • 6 tablespoons Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 6 straws
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • Chocolate ice cream
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ½ cup natural unsweetened cocoa powder (spooned into cup to measure, then leveled)
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whisk sugar, cocoa powder, and pinch of salt in small saucepan. Pour 2/3 cup boiling water into heat-resistant measuring cup.
