Strawberry Applesauce Salad

Ingredients

• 6 ounce(s) strawberry Jell-O
• 1 ¾ cup(s) boiling water
• 1 ¼ cup(s) applesauce
• 10 ounce(s) frozen strawberries, partially thawed
• Optional: lettuce leaves, mayonnaise, and citrus zest for garnish
