Strawberry Barvarian Cream


  • 1 package(s) defrosted strawberries (10 ounce pkg)
  • 2 packet(s) plain gelatin
  • ¼ cup(s) milk
  • ¼ cup(s) sugar
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 1 cup(s) cream
  • 1 ½ cup(s) crushed ice

Drain 1/2 cup juice form strawberries into sauce pan. Heat to boil and empty into blender container. Add gelatin and milk and cover. Blend on low speed for 25 seconds.
