Strawberry-Basil-Balsamic Daiquiri


  • 0.25 cup(s) loosely packed basil leaves
  • 1 cup(s) halved hulled fresh strawberries
  • 2 cup(s) ice
  • 0.25 cup(s) light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) aged balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 pint(s) strawberry ice cream
  • 8 ounce(s) dark rum

In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the whole strawberries and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled red wine glasses and garnish with the strawberries.
