Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries, divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ½ cup frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed
    • 1 cup amaretti cookie crumbs (about 8 cookies)
    • ½ cup (4 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened

Place 2 cups of strawberry slices and granulated sugar in a blender or food processor, and process until smooth. Set strawberry puree aside.
