Strawberry Pte de Fruit
- 3 ½ tablespoons light corn syrup
- 34 tablespoons sugar, divided
- Parchment paper
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 ¾ tablespoons apple pectin powder (found at health food stores)
