  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 pound fresh rhubarb, cleaned, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
  • 1 package (4-serving size) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin

COMBINE rhubarb and sugar in a large saucepan. Stir in 1 cup water. COOK and stir on medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, then continue to boil for 2 min. Remove from heat.
