Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced rhubarb
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • ¾ teaspoon cinnamon, divided
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 cups sliced strawberries

    • ½ (15-ounce) package refrigerated pie dough (such as Pillsbury)
    • 2 cups sliced rhubarb
    • ½ (15-ounce) package refrigerated pie dough (such as Pillsbury)
    • 3 cups sliced strawberries
    • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
    • ½ cup sugar

Preheat oven to 400 °. Press dough into bottom and up sides of a 10-inch removable-bottom tart pan. Line bottom of dough with a piece of foil; arrange pie weights or dried beans on foil.
