Strawberry Shortcake Sundae

Ingredients

• Simple strawberry sauce
• Whole strawberry
• Sweetened sliced staweberries
• Lightly sweetened softly whipped cream
• ½-inch chunks of meringue cookies or pound cake
• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Place a layer of meringue cookies or pound cake in a large wine glass or small bowl. Top with ice cream and sliced strawberries. Generously drizzle with strawberry sauce. Top with whipped cream and whole strawberry.
