  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive or vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) white vinegar, can use raspberry instead
  • 2 tablespoon(s) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cucumber, cut lengthwise, scoop out the seeds and slice
  • 1 quart(s) hulled and sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup(s) sliced toasted almonds
  • 1 package(s) baby spinach (16 ounce bag)
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon(s) poppy seeds
    • 1/3 cup(s) sugar
    • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon zest
    • red or vidalia onion, sliced very thin (small)
    • Dressing

Prepare salad, layer spinach, strawberries, cucumber and onion. Drizzle the dressing and top with almonds right before serving.
