Strawberry Spinach Salad w/Lemon Dressing


  • ¾ cup(s) light salad oil
  • 2 egg yokes
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 cup(s) fine white sugar
  • ¾ cup(s) toasted slivered almonds or pine nuts
  • 1 basket fresh strawberries (3-4 per person) sliced
  • 2 bags fresh baby spinach (2 to 3 10 ounce bags)
