STRAWBERRY STREUSEL BARS

Ingredients

• 1 jar(s) strawberry preserves (12 ounce jar)
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• ¾ cup(s) unsalted butter, melted
• ²/₃ cup(s) sugar
• 1 ½ cup(s) strawberry flavored rice cereal, crushed
• ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
• 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder

Heat oven to 375°. Coat 9x13" pan with cooking spray. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, crushed cereal and sugar. Stir in butter until thoroughly mixed.
