  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 5 tablespoons golden brown sugar
  • 6 large firm plums
  • 2 tablespoons dry red wine
  • ¼ cup coarsely chopped hazelnuts
