Striped Bass Escabèche with Bell Peppers and Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 3 red bell peppers
  • ½ cup green olives
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pickling spices
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
