Stuffed Shells with Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 box(es) frozen spinach (defrost and squeeze out excess water)
  • 8 ounce(s) cream cheese
  • Minced onion
  • Minced garlic
  • 16 ounce(s) Ricotta cheese
  • 1 pound(s) shredded mozzerella cheese
  • 1 pound(s) hamburger meat
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 jar(s) spaghetti sauce
    • 1 box(es) shells (Large box)

Boil shells, drain and set aside. Brown hamburger meat, minced onion, minced garlic (drain excess fat off). Add spinach, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, 1/2 lb mozzerella cheese.
