Stuffed Sirloin Steak
Ingredients

- ¼ cup(s) Tamari soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 2 Sirloin steaks (1 ½ inches thick) (1 ½ lb )
- ½ cup(s) Burgundy wine

Cut deep pockets on each side of sirloin. Sauté onion and garlic in 1 T. butter until tender. Stuff pockets with onion mixture. Skewer sides shut.
