Stuffed Sirloin


  • ½ cup(s) olive oil
  • Vidalia onions, sliced
  • 2 pound(s) sirloin steak
  • salt
  • ½ cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup(s) Craisins
  • ground pepper

Cut slit in side of sirloin steak and insert the onions, Craisins and cheese. Insert a couple of toothpicks in side to hold the slit shut. Brush the steak with olive oil and apply the salt and pepper to taste. Cook over open grill until desired doneness of the steak.
