Sugar Cream Pie 6


  • 1 cup(s) Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1 ¼ cup(s) whipping cream (not heavy)

Blend together by hand butter, sugar, flour, and egg. Add cream and vanilla. Blend and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° until it thickens and browns on top (approximately one hour.) Important: DO NOT USE MIXER!
