Sugar Cream Pie 8


  • ½ teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
  • 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
  • 1 ½ cup(s) heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup(s) white sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 5 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 375°. Mix flour, sugar, and salt together. Add the whipping cream and mix thoroughly. Pour batter into one unbaked 9" pie shell. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes to 60 minutes or until bubbly all over the top. Store the baked pie in the refrigerator.
