  • 1 cup white sugar
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup light whipping cream

    • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
