Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter, chilled and diced
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups white sugar
